Ali Ercan Özcan, operating as Hardworking Devs (“Hardworking Devs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is responsible for the processing described in this Privacy Policy. This policy explains how information is handled through this website and the games that expressly link to it.

If a title handles information differently, its differences will be stated in this policy or in a clearly linked title-specific notice.

3. Purposes and legal bases
Depending on the features confirmed for a covered game, information may be processed to provide requested game functions, maintain security, diagnose faults, restore progress, answer support requests, meet legal obligations, and—only where implemented with an appropriate legal basis—measure use or deliver advertising.
The applicable legal basis may include performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or consent. The final policy must connect each purpose and data category to the basis that actually applies.
4. Service providers and sharing
Hardworking Devs may use hosting, distribution, authentication, analytics, crash-reporting, cloud-storage, advertising, or customer-support providers only when they are part of the relevant game or service. The final policy will identify the providers actually used, the purpose of their processing, and links to their privacy information.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users and services, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer subject to applicable safeguards. The final wording must be checked against actual operations.
5. International transfers
A service provider may process information outside your country. Before publication, Hardworking Devs must identify the countries and transfer safeguards that apply to the providers used by each covered game.
6. Retention and deletion
Personal data will be retained only for periods connected to the stated purpose and any applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution requirements. Concrete periods or decision criteria must be added after each game’s storage behavior is confirmed.
To request deletion of data controlled by Hardworking Devs, email ozcan.aercande@gmail.com with the game title and the account identifier shown inside that game, if one exists. Do not send a password or full payment information.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the processing involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority.
To submit a request, email ozcan.aercande@gmail.com. We may need limited information to verify your identity and locate the relevant game data.
8. Children’s privacy
The intended audience and minimum age for each covered game have not yet been confirmed. Before release, this section must state whether any title is directed to children and describe the safeguards and consent process that apply.
9. Security
Hardworking Devs will use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information and risks involved. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when a game, provider, or legal requirement changes. The revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Where required, additional notice will be provided through the affected game or store listing.
